Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 April 2026 · Governing law: Kingdom of Morocco

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Chorus ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Chorus is operated by El Mehdi Louihrani, trading as Chorus, Auto-Entrepreneur, Morocco (ICE: 003492560000012).

2. Description of service

Chorus is an AI-powered platform that generates advertising campaign strategies and copy for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The Service uses large language models to produce outputs based on briefs you provide.

AI outputs are suggestions, not guarantees. Chorus does not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific advertising results, pass platform review, or be free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing them.

3. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use Chorus. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Credits and subscription

Chorus uses a credit system. Each AI generation action consumes a defined number of credits:

  • Strategy generation: 8 credits
  • Per-platform copywriting: 3 credits each
  • Reviewer pass: 2 credits
  • Full 3-platform campaign: approximately 19 credits

Trial accounts receive 50 free credits. Paid plans include monthly credit allocations. Additional credits may be purchased as top-up packs. Billing is processed by Paddle as the merchant of record.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes where Paddle is required to collect them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Chorus to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or deceptive.
  • Violate the advertising policies of Meta, TikTok, or any other platform.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
  • Resell access to the Service without prior written agreement.
  • Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual property

Your content: You retain all rights to the campaign briefs you input and the generated outputs Chorus produces for you. By using the Service, you grant Chorus a limited license to process your inputs to provide the Service.

Our platform: The Chorus platform, including its interface, design, and proprietary technology, is owned by the operator and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chorus’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Chorus in the three months preceding the claim.

Chorus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, with the seat of arbitration in Casablanca, Morocco.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
