Refund Policy

Subscriptions
All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access to your plan until then.
Consumed credits
Credits consumed by AI agent runs are non-refundable. Each run deducts credits atomically before generation begins. If a run fails due to a technical error on our side, the deducted credits will be refunded to your account within 24 hours.
Top-up credit packs
Top-up credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Credits in top-up packs never expire and roll over month-to-month as long as your account is active.
Failed runs
If an agent run fails before completing due to a platform error (not a user error such as an invalid brief), Chorus will refund the full credit cost of that run automatically. If the automatic refund does not appear within 24 hours, contact contact@chorushq.net with your run ID.
Billing by Paddle
All billing is processed by Paddle as the merchant of record. For payment disputes or chargebacks, Paddle handles the transaction on our behalf. Refunds approved by Chorus are issued through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Email contact@chorushq.net with your account email and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
